The response time for CICP has been slow, and denials are much higher than anticipated, but hope may be on the horizon for those who have suffered loss.

The CICP program has yielded disappointing results for COVID related cases in both the large majority of rejections and a slow response time. This is a widely known issue and IPG Law Group continues to push for better government response. We continue to advocate for COVID claimants. We encourage the current administration to do a better job of meeting the needs of those harmed by COVID treatments. But we are happy to report that IPG LAW has recently seen an uptick in government inquires and response and we applaud these development.

We also encourage those impacted by COVID treatments to contact their state representatives to pressure an improved response.
